Dr. Ankney is definitely the best.

I was very impressed with Dr Ankney's ability to break down and explain medications, physiology, body's response. He explained bloodwork and its diagnostic purposes. With every issue I had he explain all potential options to care. Very impressive with knowledge, respect for others and very good at speaking directly then taking a few seconds to chart in the computer. But the patient never got the sense of abandonment in the way he did it. I am a nurse of 44 years recently retired half my career was as a frontline manager of staff. I have high standards of healthcare staff. He exceeded my standards. I recently lost my pcp to retirement I was fearful but now I am very comfortable in my choice.

I felt Dr. Ankney took good care of me. After just leaving a Skilled Nursing Facility I had to update everything with Dr. Ankney. The visit went very well. From staff, Nursing staff and Dr. Ankney my visit was very helpful! Many thanks to them all!

Dr. Ankney is a good listener and answers any questions that you have. Easy to talk to about anything.

He did listen to my concerns. He made me feel like I was a liar though by telling me my paperwork didn't mention something that they told me in the ER. I appreciated him taking time to check out my concerns even at the end of the day. I am taking his advice, but so far I am not convinced that we are on the right track. I know I am not a doctor and I am not discrediting his thoughts, I just felt like an idiot when I would tell him honestly what I was feeling.
